Bespoke PT - Body Transformation

The BODY Transformation program can be done in any gym and is a periodised program consisting of Strength, Conditioning and Body maintenance.

What you can expect:

  • 3 x 75mins sessions/week - covering Upper Body, Lower Body and Whole Body.
  • Each session will have a barbell, accessory work, body maintenance and conditioning element.
  • Body Transformation is designed to be done in any gym that has CV machines, free and machine weights.
  • The conditioning element will consist of aerobic lactate intervals, done on either on a treadmill, Air Bike or rowing machine.
  • Initial consultation delivered over zoom with program delivered via Train Heroic App
